Terms of Service

Ponavita is a medical-travel coordination service, not a healthcare provider. We help connect patients with accredited German specialist hospitals and coordinate the logistics of a review, quote and treatment. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and using Ponavita does not create a doctor–patient relationship with us. All clinical decisions are made between you and the treating clinic.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be able to enter into a binding contract and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Our services

• Case coordination: we facilitate a review of your case by a partner clinic and coordinate documents, quotes and travel preparation.
• Second opinion: a fixed fee of €199, creditable against a subsequent treatment quote where applicable.
• Quotes: treatment quotes are provided by, and remain the responsibility of, the treating clinic; Ponavita presents them and may add a service fee. Prices are in EUR.

4. Fees & payment

Fees applicable to your case (service fees, the second-opinion fee, and clinic treatment costs) are shown before you commit. [SPECIFY payment terms, refunds and cancellation policy.]

5. Medical disclaimer

Information on the platform is for coordination purposes and is not medical advice. Treatment, diagnosis and clinical outcomes are the responsibility of the treating clinic and its professionals. Always follow the guidance of your treating physicians.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and the consents required to process your health data and to share it with a treating clinic. You are responsible for your travel documents, visas and personal arrangements except where we expressly assist.

7. Documents & confidentiality

We handle your documents in line with our Privacy Policy. Access to medical documents is restricted by role; referral agents never receive medical documents.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ponavita is not liable for the medical services provided by clinics, for outcomes of treatment, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [ADAPT to your jurisdiction and insurance.]

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
